In order to be the 'best we can be', we believe our learners need to learn about themselves as people, not just as students getting ready for exams.
Our aim is to provide a holistic and applied approach to health and wellbeing to improve students’ independence, self-awareness and resilience to help them lead happy and successful lives during their time at Bremer, and in the future.
Wellbeing Workshops
>> Friday mornings, compulsory, 30 minute session
>> Not traditional lessons. There are no assessments or grades
>> Employ multi-media, scenario based, practical and discussion based techniques to help students explore their own health and wellbeing, and that of others around them.
Here, you will find information on our approach to health and wellbeing in our curriculum. Please see the timetable (featured left) if you are unsure what we are studying this half term.
