Mindfulness Strategies

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique. For example, use an app like Headspace, at £50/year or £9.99/month after a 2 week free trial.
